Because we collect certain information from our site visitors, we thought it important to include this simple Privacy Statement, that highlights our commitment to your privacy.

First, we only collect information that you provide on our contact form.  You have the option of checking a box telling us to add your information to our mailing list, or not.  If you do not check the box, your information is never used by us, or anyone else.

If you do decide you would like to be added to our list, we MAY send you an e-mail from time to time, and we MAY keep your name for future reference if we decide to do a mailing. We never share your information with ANYONE - we simply store it, and only if its OK with you.

The data we collect is pretty simple, and we store it on a secure server at our web hosting facility. We hope this makes you feel comfortable about using our web site, and submitting your contact information to us.

Finally, we ask that you do not submit anything confidential in nature to any of our attorneys, either through the online contact form, or directly to their individual e-mail addresses, until you have had a chance to consult with them directly. We need to be sure that there are no conflicts of interest prior to accepting anyone as a client, or viewing confidential information related to potential litigation.
